Tenerife 2012 Tour

The Following swimmers have qualified for the training tour.
Letters have been sent to the schools, if you have not yet returned your
acceptance/non-acceptance slip please do so immediately.
If we do not hear by Tuesday the 15th May we will consider it as a
a non-acceptance and the offer the place to the next swimmer who has qualified.

Closing dates:
The schools committee has put into place a new arrangement for closing dates, from this gala on the entry fees will be as published on the various gala pages on this website, we will however accept entries up to 48 hours prior to the gala but the entry fee is double the cost that is published. The extra work entailed justifies the increase of fee, this will not be classed as a "time only swim" thus allowing qualification to finals etc. These entries will not appear in the published programme sold at the gala but will be included on the start sheets put out on the day. We will however take a small amount of entries on the day if required, this will count as a "time only swim" with no qualification to finals etc and will cost £5 per swim.
We feel that this is the fairest way of dealing with entries to galas, thus not penalising swimmers for mistakes made by adults.
There will be no change of events on the day if it is found that the mistake has been made by the person sending in the entry, however if it is mistake on our behalf we will rectify it accordingly.
